Open Positions: Lead Floor Tech, Two helpers Both positions: Knowledge of floor and carpet work. Flexible to start at 5 pm when needed. Must pass background check. Must attach a resume and phone number. Job Type: Full-time Lead Position: - Minimum of 2 years lead or foreman experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience with floor maintenance. - Knowledge of window washing. - Must be eligible to drive a van. - A valid Driver's License/ No DUI's on record - Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE) Helper Position: - Some carpet and floor experience needed. - Must have reliable transportation to and from the office. - Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00 per hour (DOE)
