Stabilize Our Schools - American Rescue Plan Act The American Rescue Plan Act will provide our public schools with funding to address the needs of our community. However, the funding may be limited by the Florida Legislature and there are pre-pandemic priorities our public schools need to be addressed. The Florida Legislature created categoricals limiting the implemenation of the phase two funding. We will work with Leon County Schools, community agencies, parents, students, and educators to determine our community schools' needs. Together we will plan, implement, and share the results of our efforts with stakeholders and decision-makers.
