rehome 4 year old terrier mix dog

We are looking to rehome our daughter's 4-year-old terrier mix doggie. She has moved and can not take him :( He is a neutered, house-trained, vaccinated, guy with a sweet disposition. He is a good companion dog. It takes him a minute to warm up to strangers and other dogs but he will if you are patient with him. Our experience is that he chases cats so he would be best in a no-cat house or a home with lots of room. He is great on a leash and loves his walks. We are asking a small rehoming fee and would want to know that he is cared for...just such a sweet guy. He is medium-sized and about 20 pounds.
