Join us for a fun afternoon with Detroit Artist, Abigail Murray as she introduces her hand-building techniques for a safe and enjoyable pinch pot workshop. Surrounded by the Daxton Hotel art collection, you will be inspired by Abigail's class as she takes you through simple patterns, layering, and textures to make your very own creation. Abigail will take your piece back to her studio to do the finishing glaze and firing. Your pieces will be returned to Daxton Hotel for you to conveniently pick up. This amazing class includes a glass of bubbly and a tray of nibbles from Birmingham's newest restaurant, Madam, the perfect complement to the afternoon. Masks are optional.
