This session will help administrators and facility managers create a well-developed contingency plan with immediate rental solutions and resources on hand to keep your buildings open and operational while more permanent solutions can be funded and implemented. Speaker Bio: Steve Berry, Trane Account Manager, Rental Services Clients recognize Steve as a leader and problem solver, demonstrated through his 25 years of experience with developing and delivering temporary HVAC and Power solutions to customers. Proficient in building long and lasting relationships with clients and solving their challenges with practical solutions. Skilled in managing projects from initiation to completion. Steve has held a number of roles, including his current Account Manager position with Trane where he is responsible for consulting and developing short term HVAC, power and compressed air rental solutions utilizing a fleet of mobile chillers, cooling towers, air conditioners, AHU, generators, air compressors and heaters to the industrial, entertainment and contractor sectors. Steve manages projects from conception to completion around the clock to keep customers up and running. He also develops and designs custom emergency contingency plans for facility power, compressed air and temperature control systems. Prior to joining Trane, Steve served in rental manager and project engineer roles at Michigan CAT and Aggreko. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Steve devotes considerable time to community service, serving as a you soccer manager for the Michigan Hawks, a volunteer for Cause Children, a Coach for Livonia Junior Athletic League Baseball, and a Cub Scout Den Leader.
