Juneau Village Towers Apartments is a 598-unit property located in downtown Milwaukee. We are seeking talented maintenance professionals and apartment remodelers. We are seeking professional applicants who understand the importance of quality customer service and workmanship. Experience is necessary in general areas of apartment (or similar residential) maintenance and/or remodeling. Some skills in the areas of minor plumbing, and electrical are preferred, and any background in HVAC, carpentry, and remodeling is a plus. Communication skills are essential. Must be able to work in a timely and organized fashion. We are seeking full-time, first shift employees. On-call emergency availability is necessary and is scheduled on rotation with the other maintenance team personnel. Must have a valid driver's license. Please email your resume to [email protected].
