Our customer base includes large commercial organizations, Schools/Universities, Government facilities, Ports and Airports and military bases throughout the world. Warehouse Position Summary: Integrity Networks is seeking a skilled and highly enthusiastic Warehouse staff member to join Integrity Networks. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse person supports the organization through supply chain activities, supportive function to our internal teams and often interfacing with customer staff during jobsite deliveries. The position is considered a “Day Shift”, Monday thru Friday (with some need of overtime, from time to time) Responsibilities: • Deliveries in a safe manner, following directions for each specific site (construction sites, office buildings, military and government facilities) driving a 16ft box truck and small to large delivery vans. • Operate a forklift/Stacker/picker to select, pull, sort and stack palletized materials within the warehouse. May include hand stacking. • Receiving - verify quantity, identity, and condition of products received. • Daily sorting, packing and delivery of materials to job sites. Strengthen and grow employee relationships through positive interaction, timely response to inquiries, and effective issue resolution. • Work safely to prevent injury to people, damage of products or property. • Participate in streamlining and improvement of the processes. • Reinforce company policies as needed. Minimum Qualifications: • WA State Driver License, CDL a plus • Must be 21 years or older, required by insurance • Forklift/walk behind stacker experience • Lift up to 60 pounds safely/properly • Have accurate basic math skills related to loading and counting inventory shipments (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) • Must have basic Microsoft Office, Inventory Management Systems and ERP experience (automated receiving, shipping and inventory management) • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and respond to a variety of pending tasks. • Team and problem solve with the other warehouse staff, sales and operations. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions. • Must have clean background check and drug screening (including THC) • Reliable transportation and timeliness a must.
