Weidner Property Management is seeking a Roof & Gutter Maintenance Technician for our properties here in Washington. This job description provides an overview of minimum requirements and some responsibilities may not be specifically addressed herein. SEEKING: >>Self-starter and able to supervise projects with coworker(s). >>Self-manage work being performed and provide a safe environment for those working with and around project site. >>Provide continuous oversight and communication to the Roofing Director of findings and needed repairs of each project. >>Provide input on scope and level of work needed to complete each project. >>Maintain company design and construction standards, and evolve as appropriate. >>Support and contribute to Weidner’s Vision, Mission, Values by working efficiently and collaboratively with both external and internal staff. >>Assist in making appropriate recommendations to directions of roof and gutter cleaning and repair needs. >>Communicate regularly with, onsite personal and Roofing Director on the status of jobs under your direction. >>Always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents, vendors and associates. >>Assist in communication between other departments in the Weidner Organization to ensure that the final product when completed meets the needs of Weidner, and the product produced is always improving. >>Prompt with regular attendance and maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty. QUALIFICATIONS: >>At least two (2) years’ experience as a Roofing Professional or doing gutter cleaning and repairs with, the majority of that experience on roof systems. >>Excellent time management skills. >>Ability to travel in Washington Region. >>Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. >>Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing. >>Valid and current driver’s license.
