Every second counts in a home fire! Did you know that once the smoke alarm sounds during a fire, you and your loved ones may have as little as two minutes or less to escape safely from your home?
Today, watch the video (below) to learn more about the importance of having a home fire escape plan.
The activity for today is for parents/caregivers to develop an escape plan and practice it! A fire escape plan will ensure all your loved ones are prepared to act and give everyone enough time to safely get out of a home on fire.
