Who You Are / Key Skills & Traits Positive, motivated, responsible and detail oriented. Punctual and reliable. Polite and courteous. Athletic, agile and great balance. Able to work at heights and confidence to climb ladders up to 35 feet. Willingness to be trained and learn new skills. High aptitude and willingness to learn proper procedure. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid Driver’s License Communication Skills a plus Customer Service Skills a plus NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - JUST A POSITIVE ATTITUDE & WILLINGNESS TO LEARN Responsibilities / Duties / Core Competencies Set up and pack up job sites. Load and unload company vehicles. Cleaning of interior and exterior windows and screens for both residential and commercial properties. Power washing brick, siding and concrete walls and floors. Rain Gutter Cleaning and Leaf Guard Services Holiday Light Installation and take down. Physical Requirements While performing the essential duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to safely climb ladders, load and unload equipment properly from the company vehicle, safely drive the company vehicle, walk around the job site while wearing proper personal protective gear, safely walk up and down stairs within the job site, fill out estimate or invoice sheets with legible handwriting or printing.
