We are looking for a Maintenance person at our Storage/ U Haul Facility. We have a position for a motivated and independent individual with customer service and maintenance experience. The job will be for 3 days a week Approx. 9am-5pm. This includes working Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Light maintenance / Cleaning skills Must be willing to work any day including Saturday, Sunday and Mondays Must pass a background check Must have a clean DMV Record Must be able to sit and/ or stand 8 hours per day Must be to lift 25 lbs. or more Weeding and other light landscaping duties Maintain clean, clear and organized work environment Timely and Regular attendance and safe work habit Adhere to all company safety policies, practices and procedures Read and understand the Standard Operating Procedures for the company Other duties assigned
