Ardenwoods Retirement Community is currently hiring a full-time maintenance technician. The General Maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Conducting under supervisor direction, preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs. HVAC experience a plus! Excellent customer service skills a must. Schedule includes Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional weekends on call.
