Will be responsible for helping the stockroom with assembly work, as well as help with shipping & receiving. Must have a high regard to accuracy and quality. Prefer a candidate who would is reliable, can think on their feet, and take ownership/pride in the stockroom.Essential Duties: Component assembly and filling customer ordersPulling stock componentsProcessing paperwork within Novia operations departmentInventory activities - count verification, stocking shelves, etcLight shipping & receiving - UPS, common carriers, salesmen, customer trucks, etcCollaboration & communication with all members of the Novia staffMoving materials through the operation of pallet jacksAssist co-workers and the department supervisor in meeting production targetsAssisting with shipping, receiving, palletizing and packaging of productsMaintain a healthy and safe working environment Ideal Candidate: High school graduate requiredAssociates Degree preferredHave exceptional attention to detail and dexterityAbility to read orders/drawings/blue prints & paperworkMechanical aptitude.
