NORRISTOWN, PA — Montgomery County has installed 11 ballot drop-off boxes around the area ahead of the 2021 general election, as thousands in the region are continuing to take advantage of the mail-in balloting that was originally introduced during the pandemic. The boxes will start accepting ballots on Oct. 16, and will remain available and open 24 hours a day until Election Day, Nov. 2, at 8 p.m. Mail-in ballots are continuing to be sent out every day to voters, even as some 16,000 defective ballots were sent out across the county with materials only printed on one side. The issue was due to a programming error with the contractor, officials said. Everyone sent a faulty ballot has since been sent a new, corrected ballot. >>16,000 Faulty Ballots Mailed Out In Montgomery County All ballot box locations are listed below: Cheltenham Township Tax Office, 8230 Old York Rd, Elkins ParkLansdale District Court 38-1-28, 430 Pennbrook Pkwy, LansdaleLower Merion Ludington Library, 5 South Bryn Mawr Ave, Bryn MawrMontgomery County Airy Street Parking Lot, Corner of Airy and DeKalb Streets, Norristown,Montgomery County Community College - South Hall, 101 College Drive,.
