Water Street Boutique, located in Whitmore Ace, Mokena, IL - is looking for is looking for positive, outgoing, customer orientated associates to join our team. Essential Functions Greeting and Assisting and making a connection with customers Asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs Providing information on the products we carry in our stores Assisting with merchandising products and routine store maintenance Participate in ongoing product and job knowledge and customer service skills training Qualifications Energetic and Outgoing Personality Excellent customer service skills Dependable and Cooperative Flexibility and Creativity High School Degree Position Type/Expected Hours of Work 15-20 hours/per week.
