WESTMONT, IL — A suspect is at large in connection with a bank robbery that took place in Westmont Wednesday, FBI officials say. The robbery occurred just after 12:17 p.m. at BankFinancial, located at 6301 Fairview Ave. Authorities say no weapons were displayed during the robbery. The suspect, pictured below, was last seen wearing a dark baseball hat and a dark jacket with a light-colored medical face mask. via FBI Chicago via FBI Chicago Anyone who has information about this robbery is encouraged to call FBI Chicago at 312-421-6700 or click the link to report a tip to the FBI. No additional information was available about the Westmont robbery as of Wednesday afternoon, FBI officials said in a news release. The incident comes just over a week after Old Second Bank in Lisle was robbed. In late September, two banks were robbed in Naperville within two days. During the Sept. 21 robbery in Naperville, the suspect displayed a gun, authorities say.
