Job Title: Assembly line Supervisor Pay Rate: $ 30/HR or $1,200 per week Duties and Responsibilities • Supervise ten or more warehouse personnel for attendance, work performance, productivity. • Train, motivate, coaches, disciplines and resolve personnel issues. • Oversee work progress to meet targeted deadline • Coordinate with warehouse manager and project engineer to maintain speed of work • Organize and optimize assembly line and personnel for highest productivity • Maintain work place safe, clean and efficient to perform job function • Report the work progress to the project manager, verbally and in a written form. Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent. • Knowledge of assembly line or warehouse operations best practices • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to manage priorities and workflow • Ability to work independently • Proven ability to handle meet deadlines • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Ability to perform the physical labor as necessary • Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions • Bilingual skills a plus.
