Blackbelt in Taekwondo and Karate. I teach fun, safe, and very effective classes out of my home garage. Whatever your goals are, I can help you meet them! Classes are one on one, unless you choose to bring someone. ALL CLASSES ARE FREE. I do this because I want everyone to be the best person that they can be. Donations are gladly accepted though! lol I have a lot of workout equipment for general exercise too. Chairs available for friends or partners if they want to stick around and check it out. The classes I teach are aimed at adults though. Im not trying to babysit for an hour or three! I just turned 30 and decided to do this stuff in my spare time.
