Dock & Door Technician The Concentric Company is a leading provider of DC power and equipment maintenance solutions to warehouse and manufacturing customers. Job Summary The Dock & Door Technician is responsible for the repair, servicing, inspection, diagnosing, maintaining and maintenance of warehouse, industrial and/or commercial doors; loading docks; levelers; and other related warehouse equipment. Key Job Responsibilities: • Must be capable of being hands-on and digging into the details of a job to understand our customers’ needs. Willingness to expand and cross train in other areas of the business. • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain a variety of different warehouse equipment, mechanisms, mechanical systems, and electrical circuits. May include but not limited to: Commercial doors (i.e., high-speed, overhead, etc.); Loading docks (i.e., levelers, bumpers, seals, etc.); and general warehouse equipment (i.e., bailers, compactors, pallet racking, etc.). Job Requirements: • High School or GED Diploma required. Prefer an Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university or very strong equivalent experience. • A minimum of 3-year related experience in the repair and maintenance of: Warehouse and commercial doors; Loading docks; Dock-leveler’s; AED, Entrance Doors, Glass Doors and other related warehouse equipment • Must be able to pass a background check. • Must be able to pass a drug test, our technicians are subject to random drug testing. • A valid driver’s license, CDL a plus but not required. • Willingness to work occasional overtime & weekends.
