One of Sarasota/Bradenton's largest property management companies is in need of a part-time SKILLED HANDYMAN/WOMAN, to do work on the properties we manage. Many properties are located on Anna Maria Island and Bradenton. Hours Expected: 20-30 hours per week Work Environment: This position is fully in the field. You will be responsible for creating your schedule from the work orders we give you. You'll need to have your own tools and vehicle. Required Skills: Must be a jack of all trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general construction knowledge, etc).
