PHOENIZ, AZ — If you're feeling lucky and just played the Powerball recently, you better check your ticket. You could be a millionaire.
Arizona lottery officials confirm that a million dollar ticket was sold at a store in Gilbert.
The Powerball ticket, one of five in the U.S., matched all five white balls in Monday night's drawing, missing out on the red ball and the nearly $700 million massive jackpot.
Four winning tickets worth $50,000 were also sold in stores throughout Arizona, state lottery spokesman John Gilliland told Patch.
The five winners in Arizona have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
