ATLANTA — A Georgia State trooper has gone viral after video was captured of him pulling a man over for not wearing a seatbelt and then kicking him, reported WXIA-TV. Georgia State Police told the news outlet the man drove off before running. In a statement to WXIA-TV, GSP said the trooper saw a gun and overall, "acted with restraint. Atlanta Uncensored News posted the Oct. 3 video to its Instagram account. The Georgia trooper is seen running after the man near Edgewood Avenue before his Taser pops off and the man falls.
