in-home board + train and standard boarding

Hello everyone! Holidays are approaching fast. I am a local dog trainer. I offer board and train out of my own home and standard boarding without the training as well. I take clients across the state, but I wanted to check for locals first! Board and train is $175/day with one week minimum stay. Standard in home boarding is $95/day. payment is due in 3 increments: deposit, pickup, and dropoff. While in my home, with both programs your dog will get exposure to farm animals, cats, and other dogs. Your pet must be pet friendly with ofher dogs, and safe for strangers to handle (as in I’m a stranger taking your pup in, your dog cannot bite or show concerning aggression at the time I pick them up. some shyness and nervousness is expected and ok). Because I run my business out of my home, I am here all day with the dogs, minus running errands for groceries. There is some flexibility on pricing, including for multiple dogs. I can take mildly reactive dogs at a higher rate on a case by case basis. Please act quick, as my space fills up very quickly by the time November hits. All breeds, all ages. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines (yearly boosters plus Rabies is required. Bordatella and Influenza recommended). Puppies must he up to date on vaccines according to their log of vaccine records. if your pup is due dor a shot during boarding, I can take them to their appointment if you schedule ans pay for it. If you plan on a family puppy for Christmas, and your pup will be ready to go before the holiday, I can do board and train to start potty training and obedience behaviors so your pup is well started before he comes home.
