This Entry-Level Technical Support is based out of Mt. Pleasant, PA., (New Stanton area). We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude that we can train to identify technical problems, and they can troubleshoot. You will be engaging with internal customers and helping to resolve issues. This highly organized person will have scripted responses to follow, but they must have strong attention to detail, and use sound logic and problem solving as needed. Shift Schedule: • AM Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) • AM Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday) • Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed Pay: • $15/hr.
