Pancho is a pint-sized little dude, not even 20 pounds!, who loves to play. Pancho is a quirky little guy! He seems to prefer to pick his favorite person, who he will then glue himself too and shower with love. Pancho will need a very secure yard, and some practice leash walking. He can get frightened very easily, from new people and the loud world! Pancho has some funny quirks like finding ways to get on top of your desk from the couch, but it's only so he can be right next to you. He's a sensitive little guy. He's also very expressive in just the cutest ways, like putting his paws up on your legs to stretch and say hello and eating his food by taking out mouthfuls and carrying it to a comfy spot to eat! He enjoys being in his crate where it's nice and safe. He came to us very shut down and afraid after being found on the median while merging onto I-35! He took a few days but has only been blossoming since. I can tell he is going to be an adorable, fun little pup who will just needs and wants someone to love him for the rest of his life! Pancho has been fine with his foster dog brother, but he doesn't seem super interested in dogs. He prefers his person. He has shown interest in the cats, but it doesn't seem aggressive, he just whines at them through the door. He is available for adoption through San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter.
