Guitarist and Bassist currently looking for drummer/second guitarist to form a blackish/melodeath style project. Some influences/sounds I'm going for: older Amon Amarth, Behemoth, Belphegor, Bloodbath, Children of Bodom, Darkthrone, Immortal, Kalmah, Rotting Christ, Mgla, Windir/Vried, Uada...just to name a few. I'm a novice at recording but I recorded a set of of my tracks to give some insight on the type of music I write. https://soundcloud.com/user-983622973/sets/samples-for-the-craigslist-lurkers I am definitely open to tweaking these tracks or just writing new ones. These are just some samples of the stuff I like to come up with. I have several more completed songs that I need to record, as well as tons more of incomplete songs. I've been jamming with a friend, so now we need to add a drummer/second guitarist I live in my own home in Pflugerville and we can rehearse here at obscene volume without neighbors/cops bothering us. Bassist and I are both 31 with careers and responsibilities. We're both pretty chill. The only deal-breakers for us: not learning the tunes, being politically obsessed to the point where you aren't playing music. That's it. Music is supposed to be fun, don't be an ass.
