Immediate Opening The Make Ready Technician reports to property manager and owner. This position requires someone who is reliable and punctual with the ability to follow directions. Candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to work independently or as part of a crew. The primary role of this position is to clean out and prepare recently vacated properties for occupancy. Duties include, but are not limited to removing and disposing of any items left by former occupants, making general punch item repairs, minor drywall repairs, painting, caulking and general cleaning. Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds required. Experience with tile, flooring, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall and valid drivers license and a clean MVR are all a plus. This is a contract labor position with the opportunity for regular employment. We have 50+ residential and commercial properties and an ongoing property maintenance position will be available at the end of the current project.
