Small East Greenbush Business is seeking a Part Time/on call Handyman/Caretaker We are also looking for a Part Time Housekeeper. Caretaker: Flexible Hours. Must have car. Light maintenance as needed and on call. Housekeeper: Part time Monday’s and Tuesday’s to start. Including but not limited to cleaning common areas, guest rooms, bathrooms, make/strip beds, laundry, vacuum, dust, polish furniture, clean all surface, stock linen and amenities, clean floors, carpets, etc. Physical and Technical Requirements for either position: *Must live in the local area or within commuting distance and have reliable vehicle. *Must be able to work independently. *Able to lift at least 25 pounds. *Must be able to climb stairs. *Excellent people skills. *We provide a substance free work environment. *An energetic personality. *Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
