Concrete Driveway Needed

I am in need of a new driveway! I have measured it out and according to my measurements, I have roughly 1325 sq. ft. of cement surface which is the entire driveway from the sidewalk to the garage and a couple other small offsets. NO SIDEWALK, NO APPROACH! There is existing concrete down now which will need to be ripped up and removed from the job! You will need to provide the crushed concrete base, new cement and I would like to discuss re-rod or wire mesh! I am looking to get ballpark pricing based on the measurements that I have provided! I do not want to waste anybody's time and that is why I will contact 3 of the lower bids that I receive and I will finalize and hire the job to one of them!
