The one where a sociopathic Michael Keaton rents a place from a nice couple trying to pay off their mortgage and who live upstairs? The one where he skirts the law because he’s an expert at taking full advantage of anything the system has in place? That’s Jessica Darnell. Or Jessa Candr or Hughes. Whatever she’s going by these days. Jessica will forge documents/steal identification to get approved for the rental. She’ll state she’s working, but isn’t and won’t because, moratorium. She’ll claim she has Covid a few times (complete medical anomaly) claim her previous landlords “abused” her after she struggles on some stairs while stealing a window unit, she has concussions, & all other health issues. All the while, she’s doing hard drugs and drinking so many mini booze bottles you can’t see your rental’s floor, with your rent money. Vomit. Vomit will be everywhere. Everywhere. Molding food. Trash. Open containers. Cigarette ashes/burns. If she gets her hands on someone’s car, she’ll most definitely drive drunk and do some serious damage to other cars, property, or people. Just ask her previous three landlords. If she gives you their real info. When she finally abandons the place or gets placed in jail, she’ll come back and break your windows to gain reentry.
