Forming a Wedding/Events Cover Band

Hi everyone! I am a Singer/Guitarist who is looking to transition into playing as a full time profession. I'm looking for a Drummer/Cajon player, a Violinist, a Bass player, and Keyboard player. I have a nice sized PA, guitars, amps, and a practice spot - all I need is skilled musicians who are willing to practice once a week and play evening and weekend gigs (don't worry, in previous bands we have always required unanimous approval to book shows). Good knowledge of Pop/Rock Music definitely helps. Ability to read chord charts for songs is a must. I'd like to be show ready by next spring/early summer, possibly sooner depending on how things pan out. I know a TON of covers, but I'm trying to keep most of the songs peppy and dance worthy. I'm a pretty "easy-to-get-along-with" guy. I rarely drink and don't use drugs, but am 420 friendly. I have a good work ethic and spend a bit of my free time practicing and I would expect my bandmates to do the same. Singing/Background vocals are definitely a plus, but not required. The whole goal of forming this group is 1)to have fun and 2)to make money.
