We are looking to build a community of artistically driven entrepreneurs within our concept studio building in Westwood. We are offering a shared suite with six individual studios that are uniquely tailored to working photographers, fashion designers, visual artists, filmmakers and creative professionals. Studios can be rented individually or you can bring your tribe and build your own community. This will be part of a larger building that is a micro-campus of sorts which is also home to science based companies and a real estate firm focused on building communities and accelerating companies in both the arts and sciences. The building is located near multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and retail in Westwood Village and within a short walk to UCLA’s main campus. The building has been recently renovated to bring it back to it’s original Mid Century styling and includes a private courtyard suitable for events, performances, and social programming.
