1) Toyota is offering forklift training for applicants that are wanting to come aboard. 2) If you have some background with moving commercial trailers around (ex. Goose neck trailers), they are willing to further train them for shunt drivers. No CDL is necessary for this position but some type of experience would be very helpful. The month of October is production shut down for Toyota and they are utilizing this month to train employees, both new and current.
