HIRING AT: Urban Stone is a fabrication and installation stone company located in Fallbrook, CA. Hiring a full time self-motivated and organized individual, for Polisher and Fabricator. ALL APPLICANTS ARE SUBJECT BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: -Hardworking and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Team player and willing to work with others to accomplish tasks -Proficient in basic mathematics, reading, and writing -Experience in the stone industry. Strong knowledge of natural stone products is a plus. -Ability to lift 75+ pounds. -Pull, pack, and ship orders. -Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings. -Ability to accurately read a tape measure. -Maintain an efficient, clean, and organized work area. -Ability to polish short ends of backsplash, sink holes and edge pieces. -Ability to identify backsplash and other undersized pieces. -Ability to perform all types of edge details. -Ability to lay out and complete various types of bowl cutouts and holes. -Ability to hone and refinish polished faces on marble, granite, quartz, etc. -Ability to cut or shape stone according to drawing and templates. -Know what proper chemicals to use on specific materials. -Know how to properly glue materials. REQUIREMENTS: -Previous experience in the stone countertop industry (willing to train the right candidate). -Minimum High School education. -Detail-Oriented. -Reliable transportation. * Healthcare available for full time employees* Work Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30 A.M – 5:00 P.M
