Employers Overload is currently hiring Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility of reliable dental operating equipment in Newberg, OR. Schedules offered: Assembly Day shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 4pm Assembly 3rd shift: Friday - Sunday, 5am - 5:30pm DF Assembly Day shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:50am - 3:20pm DF Assembly 3rd shift: Friday - Sunday, 5am - 5:30pm Pay Range: $15.50 - $19.96/hr (depending on shift) **ASK ABOUT OUR REFERRAL BONUS** Duties and Responsibilities: - Working under a trainer to perform routine subassembly tasks, such as assembling valves, switches, hand and foot controls. - Using hand tools and equipment on a variety of large and small parts. - Pulling parts for inventory. - Regularly following instructions to perform various tasks, troubleshooting my be required. - Maintaining a high quality and productivity standard to reach goals. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Previously assembly experience preferred. - Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for safety purposes. - Ability to determine color codes for tubing and electrical wiring. - Must have basic computer skills. - Must have good hand/eye coordination (dexterity). - Ability to stand and/or sit in a stationary position for long periods of time, use of hands/fingers, able to push/pull, reach, walk, stoop, and kneel. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs without assistance, frequently lifting up to 20lbs. - Safety shoes and glasses required. - Reliable transportation is a must! - Pre-employment screening required.
