***NO RECRUITER CONTACTS PLEASE*** Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour Primary Job Function Maintains the overall cleanliness and safety of office, production floor and public areas to ensure that the facility is acceptable for employee and customer use and in compliance with all regulatory requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities • In coordination with IMC leadership, monitors and cleans offices, restrooms and all public areas according to a pre-determined schedule. • Gathers and empties trash, services and clean restrooms and break room • Uses chemical cleaners and power equipment as appropriate to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. • Notifies management concerning the need for repairs to building systems • Requisitions supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties • Sets up, arrange or removes decorations, tables, chairs, ladders to prepare for company events. • Moves heavy furniture, equipment or supplies either manually or by using hand trucks. • Follows established safety protocols including required usage of PPE; helps to maintain a safe working environment • Keeps work area clean and organized • Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications and Experience Minimum skills, knowledge, education, certifications and related job experience that employee typically must have to perform essential functions of the job acceptably. • Ability to operate cleaning equipment in a safe and effective manner • Strong hand/eye coordination • Strong desire to learn assigned operations • Basic math and measurement skills • Strong attention to detail • Dependability; honesty & integrity; a positive, proactive attitude; ability to use time productively, working with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team. • Ability to work overtime as required Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
