I own 18 properties in the Squirrel Hill, Greenfield and Shadyside area. I am looking for someone part time to take care of maintenance issues as they arise and some minor plumbing and electrical. I try to accumulate a number of small jobs to do at the same time but it would help if you have flexibility. I would prefer someone who lives relatively close to these areas.
