Oversee projects for commercial renovation, demolition and remediation. Preferred 3+ years in construction experience & project management. Must be able to read & understand bid spec documents, blueprints/drawings. Prepare job work plans, schedules, staffing & submittals. oversee multiple projects, crews & subs. communicate well with others. track labor/equipment/material use/costs. understand project logistics & schedule. consult suppliers & subs for pricing, equipment & materials. complete project paperwork & closeout documents Full Time salary, healthcare benefits, 401k plan, paid vacation/holidays & time off, bonus plan and vehicle allowance.
