My husband found two dogs well they followed him home I can tell that the owner was hitting them because every time he lifts his hand they bow their heads and trying to hide! Idk what to do I have epilepsy and anxiety and I can’t just throw them outside but I live in a one bedroom apartment so I need help to find a home for them or for their owners to claim him I can tell they come from the same house because he can’t be without each other!
