Description
Busy private, internal medicine office in San Leandro seeking a medical scribe to join our team. We are hiring for a part-time position to work every Monday and Tuesday from 8:50am-5:30pm. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, although not required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accompanying the physician into each patient examination room to transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the physician’s encounter with the patient and others present.
- Listing all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.
- Transcribing patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc.
- Documenting any procedures performed by the physician.
Qualifications:
- No experience is needed.
