Construction Laborer / Apartment Remodel and Maintenance Tech

We are a young, energetic, and expanding company in the greater Seattle area Seeking construction laborers and maintenance techs. This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow as knowledge and skills increase. This position can be for someone with little experience but who hard working, is willing to learn and grow into a permanent long-term role with our team. SCOPE OF WORK • Help Work with our crews to prepare units to rent upon purchase of a new property • Demo & Hauling- • Painting & Drywall- Paint & touch up units for rent, install new drywall and mud, patching holes etc. • Framing- installing new walls, repairing existing, building storage lockers, closets etc. • Trim- installing doors, trim, cabinets, kitchens, appliances • Plumbing- Snake drains, install new p-traps, swap out shower cartridges, retrofit dishwashers, and install toilets, general repairs. • Electrical- Install new lights, outlets, run wires, swap light switches, etc random trouble shooting. • Clean up and Landscaping- Clean-up projects, clean units for renting, general clean up when we buy building’s, landscaping clean-up projects, mowing etc. This role has serious room to grow and is a young growing and fun company. Our projects and buildings are in Seattle, Tacoma, Renton, and Kent. Comp depending on experience. Health care available, flexible vacation. Work to start as 1099 Contractor during trail period. Requirements: • High school Diploma or GED preferred • 1 year of experience in the hands on related industry preferred • Basic tools- Drills, hammers, wrenches, circ saw, etc not required but a plus • Reliable Car, Truck/ SUV /Wagon preferred • Cell phone
