Health Professionals Institute offers classes and for Certified Nursing Assistant that will allow you to work at hospitals, assisted livings, nursing homes, and clinics. Our catalog includes many different educational options within the medical field. We offer three different pathways for Nursing Assistant - Certified: traditional 3 week full class, and 2 different bridge programs for Home Care Aids and Medical Assistants. Getting your NAC license is a requirement and stepping stone to the nursing program, both LN and RN. Due to COVID-19, we are currently teaching our theory portion of our classes online, for the safety of our staff and faculty. Labs will be in person, with limited slots available for social distancing requirements. Clinicals / internships will be discussed further, as there are waiver's currently in place through the Governor's office and Washington State Department of Health.
