Seeking someone to act as Process Server - no experience necessary Job involves delivering a Complaint along with a Summons to each defendant in a large federal lawsuit. Some days will involve a day-long drive to Maine or New Hampshire to deliver the Complaint and Summons. You will be participating in a federal lawsuit where one of the defendants is the Internal Revenue Service. Pay is $50/day or $15/hr for less than 3 hours work on a day Interested in law school? Enjoy the Erin Brockovitch movie? The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure require a non-party to deliver the Complaint to each defendant along with a Summons for the Court. This is a chance to get some more legal exposure.
