We are seeking volunteer COVID-19 TESTERS As a tester, your primary role will be to answer calls related to COVID testing, schedule testing appointments, conduct rapid COVID tests, and complete and file necessary documentation. Responsibilities: Answer COVID testing calls, respond to online inquiries, and track leads in our patient tracking system. Schedule COVID testing appointments for callers and online leads. Conduct rapid COVID tests. Collect payment for COVID testing patients. Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary environment. Document and provide results of tests, and file documentation accordingly. Maintain confidentiality of patient protected health information, as required by HIPAA. Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare environment a plus or be enrolled in school medical school. Excellent social and rapport building skills. Keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Team player and self-starter. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus but not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: Stypin monthly for transportation Health insurance Paid time days to be determinded Schedule: 9-5 two to three days per week some Saturdays 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability COVID-19 considerations: All clients and staff wear masks. Testing is conducted twice a week. All staff have vaccines available to them via the Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services, and are vaccinated unless a medical condition precludes them from vaccination. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: Ponoma, Clairmont, ChinoHills, Diamond Bar
