Help a local holiday band!

I am helping coordinate the first annual River Terrace Community Organization Holiday Band! We will be performing December 18 from 3-5pm at the Pavilion in River Terrace Park, NE DC. My only problem is.... I have no musicians. I am trying to find musicians (and singers!) from the area. We really need the help of actually good players with experience. Super easy music, and rehearsals will be Monday nights from 6-730pm at the same Pavilion in the park. We have nothing, so its BYO instrument, chair, music stand, and lights. Right now I have maybe a pianist, maybe a ukulele, a vocalist, and me, a trombonist who hasn't played in 5 years. Fingers crossed that some of the local high schools send some students. So, any help you could possibly offer would be appreciated. Thank you and please spread the word! First rehearsal is Monday Oct. 11 at 6:00pm at the Pavilion in River Terrace Park.
