In the roughly 6 months I had worked for him I have never seem anyone do such moronic crap as I have while there. You will not only be dealing with not having proper materials to do your job but you will also be dealing with someone who has no clue as to how a job should be ran and in the end it will be you who will be blamed. Not only has it been a complete nightmare working for this clown but the then there is the issue of not being payed when told and definitely never in full.
