Free guppies and betta fish

I'm cleaning out on of the houses my grandmother rents out and the previous tenants left a lot of stuff. They left 4 betta fish and a tank full of guppies and baby guppies. I know nothing about fish so I am hoping to find a home for them. They are completely free I just want to find them a home where they will be treated better.
