Job description Nobis Technology, a national utility construction company is seeking Apprentice Communications Linemen in Indianapolis, Indiana! JOB PURPOSE: Placement of fiber optic cable on poles and in conduit in a demanding, fast paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Physical Labor at aerial utility construction jobsites • Performs daily inspection on equipment for issues and/or deficiencies • Completes inspection paperwork daily and notifies the Foreman of any issues/defects • Assists crew • Adheres to all DOT and OSHA safety requirements • Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Lift 50 pounds Take direction from foreman and other crew members Transportation to and from work Reliable Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life • Sick Leave • Vacation • 401K • Employee Education Program • Employee Discount Program START DATE: Immediately Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
