Maintenance Mechanic

Description

We are looking for an independent, highly self-motivated individual with solid hands-on knowledge of carpentry, and general maintenance. Seeking individual who has demonstrated the ability to promote and maintain excellent resident relations, effectively monitor and oversee vendors and contractors, and effectively prioritize and organize both maintenance and administrative work. Individual must be service-minded and excel at working independently.
