Superior Janitorial Service is a growing commercial cleaning company serving Northern Colorado. We are looking for a highly motivated, attention to detail individual to serve as a cleaning floater. The floater is responsible for assisting with any and all call outs in our service area, which includes: Greeley, Evans, Platteville, Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland, Berthoud. On call evenings/nights are Saturday-Wednesday. On-call work times are between 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with the possibility of more hours, Monday-Wednesday. Saturday-Sunday times may begin as early as 9:00am Duties include but are not limited to: Dusting, mopping, vacuuming floors, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, etc. This job requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Reliable transportation with a valid Colorado drivers license a must. Working Cell phone is a must. Uniforms and all work equipment are provided. Will be trained on everything needed to complete jobs. Compensation is hourly with a rate paid at a minimum of 25 hours per week and may include use of company vehicle (after training period).
